Privacy Policy
This page explains what information we collect when you visit drinkupwell.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The short version: we keep things minimal, we do not sell your data, and we only hold what we need to run the site and answer your messages.
Who we are
UPWELL is the team behind drinkupwell.com. If you have any question about this policy or about your data, write to us at hello@drinkupwell.com and a real person will reply.
What we collect
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site: which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and what device they use. This relies on cookies and similar identifiers. The data we see is aggregated; we do not use it to identify you personally. You can learn how Google processes this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply and follow up. We do not add you to any mailing list unless you ask us to.
Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers or social media pixels.
- We do not send marketing email you have not asked for.
Cookies
The site sets a small number of cookies: the Google Analytics cookies described above, and functional cookies used by our caching system to serve pages quickly. None of these are used to build advertising profiles. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will keep working.
How long we keep data
Email correspondence is kept for as long as we need it to help you, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings and is aggregated. Server logs rotate automatically after a short period.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@drinkupwell.com and we will sort it out promptly. If you are in a region with specific privacy laws (such as the EU or UK), you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, though we would rather you talk to us first so we can fix the problem directly.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page. The date below always reflects the latest revision.
